Heavily intoxicated_Tramadol OKADA Man



An OKADA driver who had allegedly taken TRAMADOL was captured trying to mount his motorcycle and ride off but was finding it difficult to do so. 

This allegedly may be as a result of excessive intake of alcohol or TRAMADOL.

The public is therfore advised to desist from such a lifestyle as this may lead to severe accident or even death.
